We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order value:

Free shipping: For orders over $120

All products are made individually on demand (after the order is placed). Therefore, delivery times may vary:

Please note: During holidays, peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, transportation delays), delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Providers
Shipping is handled by international logistics partners (e.g., DHL, USPS, FedEx), which are automatically selected based on the delivery address.
Customs & Import Fees
For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., USA, Switzerland, UK), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by ZNKR.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available).
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
